PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS
Whether you’re an interior designer, architect, builder, or commercial brand, your work deserves photography that reflects the care and intention behind it. Every space tells a story, and my goal is to translate that story into images that capture your design vision with clarity, atmosphere, and purpose.
Each project is unique, so every session is tailored to your goals, audience, and how the images will ultimately be used. We begin with a discovery call to discuss your creative direction and project scope. Next, we walk through the space together, exploring its intention and how people interact with it.
From this walkthrough, we create a collaborative shot list that considers perspective, timing, and natural light. I share my interpretation of the space, exchange ideas, and plan each image to ensure the final set tells a cohesive, compelling story. Then, with a clear plan in place, I capture your project in a way that accurately represents your work while elevating your brand.

Commercial photography sessions are designed for brands, architectural firms, and creative agencies that need dynamic imagery for marketing, web, print, or advertising use.
Because every campaign has unique objectives, these sessions are built around three key factors:Production scale — number of spaces, team coordination, and styling needs
Intended usage — digital, print, advertising, or brand campaigns
Licensing requirements — scope, exclusivity, and duration
Each project is custom-quoted to ensure clarity and appropriate rights management.
Together, we’ll design a shoot that supports your brand strategy and produces images that communicate your vision with precision and purpose.
ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS PHOTOGRAPHY RATES
Each commission begins with a clear understanding of the design intent, the light, and the story the space is meant to hold. Estimates are developed around scope, schedule, and usage — ensuring the work reflects both the project and the level at which it was conceived.
Creative fee
reflects the full production of the assignment — from pre-production coordination and site preparation to the capture itself.
A full day is structured to work with the architecture and the movement of natural light, typically resulting in a curated set of 10–15 finished images captured across multiple lighting conditions.
The goal is not volume. It is precision.
Post-Production
Refinement is where the image is completed.
Each photograph is carefully developed through a detailed editing process that includes nuanced blending, tonal shaping, color refinement, and perspective control. This stage often mirrors the time spent on site and ensures the final image feels natural, dimensional, and true to the space.
Secure archiving, file management, and professional delivery are included as part of the process.
Licensing
Final images are delivered with a standard professional usage license suitable for websites, social media, award submissions, regional publications, and in-house marketing materials. Expanded licensing is available when broader distribution is required.
Production Support
On a “as needed basis” an experienced assistant is brought in when appropriate to maintain efficiency and elevate the final result. A well-supported shoot moves fluidly, allowing greater focus on composition, light, and detail.
Cost Sharing
Many projects involve multiple collaborators. Cost sharing allows each party to participate while reducing individual investment.
For each additional client, the total project cost increases by 27% and is then divided evenly among all participants.
A shared approach often results in significant savings while ensuring consistent, high-quality imagery across all teams involved.
Participants commonly include architects, interior designers, builders, landscape architects, and key project partners.
